    Excellent location, lovely and quiet. Excellent standard accommodation, has everything you need to self cater. Ideal for families on a budget if you want to eat in to save money.

    Not negative, though be aware the parking is £6 per day which is a bargain and convenient for city centre parking

    10-15 Minute walk to Grassmarket - The Last Drop pub is a must for home cooked food 10-15 Minute walk to Castle & Royal Mile/Mary king's Close 15 Minute walk to Princess Street Shopping area & Gardens Lots of bars and retaurants within 5 minute walk Taxi will cost £3-4 from anywhere in centre

    Very scottish. good rooms and new clean furnishing. Good facilities.

    Everything covered by glass. Definitely not suitable for families with small children. Staff not helpful, well at least don't really know how to help and give their one-line of answers which have no contents. Can't even get a cab on the morning that I'm leaving. Not really designed for travellers, more for regular visitors. NO broadband. Only dail-up internet with your own provider. So remember to bring all your own details for that.

    Nothing much worth finding out. Construction site near by. All the suggestion for things to do are slightly far away.

    The staff were excellent and the cleaning serviuce provided second to none

    Next to a busy main road which meant a loy of traffic noise//c~Everything within the city centre//
