Hacer paseos campestres y rurales.

For a 4 stars you would expect your room cleaned and your bed done everyday. A good variety and quality of food especially at breakfast. I would not give more than 3 stars to the Flaminio Village.
The Hotel is in a beautifull setting, all kept really clean and tidy. The athomospere is really relaxing and just a walk distance from the rail station to reach Rome town centre in 15 minutes.
Our room called Firenze (see Hotel Web Site to better understand) was the smallest room I ever staied in. We could hardly walk around once some of the space was occupied by our suitcases. In one week that we staied, the room, including the toilet, has never been cleaned, they only changed bed linen and bath towels once. Also they take credit card payment for amounts not less than 150 euro. The main restaurant is quite good for meat and pasta. The menu do not give a good variety of Pizzas and Starter and the quality of the pizza is not up for the italian standard. Considering that the hotel is classified as a 4 stars the morning breakfast was poor in variety and food quality.
There is quite few good restaurants around the hotel and an excellent sporting club practicly next door with clay tennis courts, football pitch and swimminpool. Rome town centre can be reached in 15 minute by train.

Very nice check-in procedure and it can be a paradise during the summer time if you come there with family or a group of friends but it's not very good for a couple. The buns and the bakery was great and the staff was very nice and helpful. Mini-bar was included in the price :) and it was good. This place is very organized and has nearly everything to make your stay pleasant but it's not very good to visit it during the autumn and winter season.
Difficult to find for a newcomer and if you don't have a car or can't rent it. The trains that you can use to get back to the hotel stop circulating at 22.40 so the night will be sort in the city :) So, if you get to Rome at night, the best way is to take the last train from the Airport (Da Vinci) that leaves at 23.30 approx and then take a metro to Flaminio station from where you can take the taxi for aprox 15 Euro.
Nothing :) Just buy some stuff in the food supermarket. But inside there is a restaurant :)

this accomodation is a caravan site,it should not be listed as a hotel.all facilities were closed, couldnt get a drink ,had to travel to next town.reception awful service, had real problems with staff trying to obtain my passport back to attend a football match we had tickets for, this being italian law passports must be shown at the turnstyles at matches and again when leaving for an early morning flight requested the evening before my passport to be told no you can have at 7am when reception opens, yet my flight was at 9am.would not recommend this place even to stag parties.location a long way from central rome,2 trams and a metro.

my visit was with friends and family. we arrived late and tired after flight delays, and the staff were very helpful (especially the lovely guy who drove the electric vehicle and helped us with our luggage) There were eleven of us, there to celebrate my daughters hen do, Though, fair to say, a rowdy group would not go down well. We had a great time and I would definately use this park again as a convenient place to access the sights in Rome. We were not there to use the facilities, and the weather was the worst I have ever experienced, but at a glance, the tennis courts and other facilities looked safe and family friendly. We only paid £54 for a room with breakfast for two nights which in my oppinion was good value. Basic but very clean.

Very helpful information desk. Easy access to Rome centre and sites of interest.
We were surprised to find this was not a hotel at all but a camp site with some tiny bungalow accommodation.

Estuve 7 noches y NO ME CAMBIARON LAS SABANAS, LAS TOALLAS, NI LIMPIARON .....NUNCA. REALMENTE LAMENTABLE
