Apartamento Cordial Mogan Valle

Estuve una semana con mi familia en este hotel y la verdad que hace honor a su nombre.La cordialidad de sus empleados con nosotros ha sido exquisita,y en especial al jefe de comedor el Sr Eugenio,la amabilidad y la simpatía sobre todo con los niños ha sido ejemplar.Seguro que repetimos.

la unica pega es que el baño no tenia escobilla.

Es de consideración la labor de la animación de las instalaciones, por su calidad y por su principal responsable, tanto en la mañana el mediodia y la noche. El Spa es magnifico y su personal.

La falta de medios para las animaciones diurnas, en los juegos de agua se ponen piedras en lugar de porterías Mi habitacion tenia goteras y los ventiladores llenos de polvo. Para el servicio de media pension no tenia instalaciones, e ibamos a un hotel (eso lo sabiamos) pero teniamos que cenar a las seis y media de la tarde, Somos españoles.

Nice and big apartments with large balcony. Most of the apartments are overlooking the beautifull surroundings. Center of the pretty village Puerto de Mogan is ten minutes by foot. Nice swimmingpools.

You can hear the sound of entertainment at your balcony in the evening, depending on the location of your apartment. Music is not that problem, but bingo and karaoke... Although it always get quiet after 11 PM.

Only criticisms we have are : we asked for a double bed and we got 2 pushed together singles (it was our Silver Wedding trip!) and that when it rained the layout of the hotel required dodging from one lift to another to get home (4 lifts to get to our room).Otherwise everything was great

Just 2 small things: i). Internet available but no printing facilities. ii). We requested a late check-out 24 hours beforehand (as per the guidelines, also pay a fee of E25) , were told to call back on morning of check-out, did so at 8am, was told to ring back at 10am, did so again to be told 2pm check-out not available. I accept hotel may be full and room may be needed but when we asked originally they looked at me like I was looking for blood!

10 minute walk to lovely port and beach of Mogan.

This hotel is fantastic, I could'nt fault it, from check in till check out everything was great. The staff were brilliant and could not do enough to make our stay great. We will be back.

The signage for guests finding their rooms is most confusing. The rails holding the hand towels in the bathroom are dangerous for very young children

We have had 14 good days at the hotel. The apartment was neat and clean, the furniture without stains. And there was done pretty clean. We would like to see us that there were 2 bath towels for each person. Regarding the restaurant was an excellent service we got. Really good food and a really good service. Eugenio and his waiters really took care of one, and we felt welcome. You could feel that Eugenio likes his job, you also noticed his way to get to the kids on. It also makes his staff feel comfortable and provide an extra effort. Thanks for a great stay. Gunner and Inge-Lise Bundgaard
