Apartamento Cordia Serviced Apartments

1. En route to the apartments I called ahead to check on parking and a baby cot, which I had specified in the confirmed booking. They claimed to have no record of the booking. After a long call to your customer service department this was corrected. 2. On arrival and while checking in there was still no knowledge of our requirement for a child cot. 3. THE ROOM WAS FILTHY!! We spent the first 2 hours cleaning the apartment, photos are available. The bathroom had to be scrubbed, the surfaces in the kitchenette had to be cleaned, the fridge smelt and had to be cleaned, the carpets in the bedrooms were extremely dirty and covered in stains, the floor was so bad (after about 60 seconds of crawling about my baby daughters feet were black) I had to get a mop from house-keeping and mop the whole place out. If there had been an option for different accommodation for the period we would have taken it, but there wasn’t, and with a funeral to organise etc my efforts were directed elsewhere. 4. The selection of plates and cutlery was very limited and unusual, ie not an organised set. 5. No battery in wall clock in kitchen 6. Shower fittings were loose and appeared to be only held on by the pipe work. 7. “Housekeeping” only attended twice during or 5 night (6 day) stay. The first occasion was 2 days after arrival and my initial complaint to the staff on duty, see point 3. The carpeted areas of the apartment, the bedrooms, were only hovered on the second occasion and only after my wife asked the housekeeper to do so. Hardly “serviced daily”. 8. The 24 hour concierge service is not 24 hours. Outside normal hours a note is placed on the door telling customers to ask the staff in apartment 7. I had to wait for several minutes to get a response at apartment 7. I assume this is the family who run the establishment. In short I would not recomment this appartment at all.

would definatly recommend these apartments to guests wishing to stay near the city centre they were very tastefully furnished clean , the staff were very helpfull and friendly value for money

a very tastefully decorated apartment, roomy clean and situated close to everything needed to have a fab vacation in belfest whether it be work or pleasure. would definatly recommend these apartments to others and would certainly stay there again

because of safety issues the front room windows are kept locked so it could be a bit warm but it was not too big of a issue

belfast city centre has so much too offer which was 15 min walk or 2 min on the regular bus which is situated outside the apartments, there is hop on hop bus tour of the city loverly restaurants museams. within 2 mins walking distance of the apartments their are any amount of restraunts and pubs with prices to suite everbody's pockets

The gentleman in the reception/check-in was excellent

Apartment was very spacious and well equiped.Good security too.

Had room at front of building-very noisy-windows seemed to not be sealed properly as you could hear traffic noise very loudly.

Shops and restaurants near by-tesco downstairs very handy for self catering apartment

Anyone travelling with a baby (as we were) should ensure that they bring/borrow a cot, as none is provided (which you don't find out until after you have booked).

Spacious and comfortable apartment; convenient location; secure parking; courteous and efficient staff.

Floor had not been cleaned properly.

Really nice appartment in a good area, just a couple of minutes drive from the city. Clean and modern with everything you could possibly need.

We were unable to open the windows in the living room and despite turning all heating off it was stifling. If it is a health and safety issue then perhaps air conditioning should be added.

Near large city with all the usual features

Bright and convenient. Generally good but.....

....several smaller things suggested not 4*. wish that we had been told on check in that you had to ask for the apartment to be serviced! Not enough crockery and kitchen equipment. Lift not working luggage from 4th floor not good.

Plenty of places to eat

VERY MODERN, GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY, CENTRAL, PARKING FACILITIES ALSO. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

Apartments were lovely, great location and good value!!
