Good price-quality ratio. Clean enough and pretty nice apartment

Would consider staying again if we had air con and better tv.

Central to resort facilities. Good sea view.

Poor tv - only CNN news in English. No radio. No air con facilities and could not leave window open as main road very noisey. In fairness though I think the road was extra noisey as their were traffic diversions due to road works. Good price for the week's stay.

Shop! Shopping centre 10 minutes walk away. Plenty of decent restaurants. Good bus service to other resorts with bus stop right outside Club Las Vistas.

We were delighted when we walked through our door - the spacious apartment was nicely decorated , well appointed facility wise and very clean. We had the quiet location we wanted only a few mins walk from the centre of PDC. Sadly - first impressions were not lasting ones. The reception area is open only a couple of hours a day , and then often opens late and closes early. The bar/restaurant only bothered to open 2 days out of the 8 we were there. Our appartment was not cleaned/bedding not changed until the end of the week when my wife was able to find reception open and practiclly begged for the service. We have no doubt this would not have been done had we not compained. Worst of all - they allow young , same sex , groups of local teenagers to rent unlet rooms cheaply. We had young girls next door who partied with another room of boys all night. Horrendous noise til nearly 6am and me asking them to keep it down was ignored and met with insults. There was nobody from management to complain to. 2 nights of that before we left. This is a well appointed establishment that thinks it can provide decent quality accommodation and then retire backstage with zero regard for it's customer services. If we build it - they will come and we won;t need do anything more etc. We won't go back. PDC is full of accommodation which bends over backwards to help. Here - we'd paid them our money so were ignored.

1) It's very close to all services, incl. SPAR supermarket, a bulk of cafes and restaurants and so on; 2) close to different bus stops; 3) reception is VERY friendly; 4) rooms are clean and spacious; 4) views of the sea from the balcony are nice.

The problems are: 1) windows of your bedroom are to the road which causes noise if your windows are open; 2) the glass door doen't allow you any privacy in the guestroom because you neigbours can accidentally see you; 3) recption hours are extremely limited; 4) it's quite far from the beach; 5) there is quite a limited quantity of hot water
