    lo unico que tiene buenos precios

    la limpieza mala y mantenimiento nulo la tele no funciona y encima avisas y te vacilan

    No había cucarachas como en otros

    Habitación muy antigua y descuidada. No habia persianas ni cortinas gruesas que aislasen la luz solar. Con las luces encendidas se ve el interior de las habitaciones por la noche aunque esten las cortinas echadas.

    Reforma integral del interior de las habitaciones.

    Es gibt nichts positives!

    Wir waren bis jetzt 15x auf den Kanaren, das ist bis jetzt das mit Abstand das schlechteste was wir bis jetzt erleben durften, und warscheinlich auch unsere letzte Spanienreise! Details möchte ich gar nicht anführen, dazu fehlt mir jede Lust!

    Excellent entertainment and animation staff! Relaxed, friendly and attentive staff, fantastic views of the bay! Pool area spotless and fantastic for kids! Accommodation excellent for a 3 star hotel!

    Due to the nature of the lay out of the site some walking is required, especially between the pool/bar and the restaurant!

    Un très bon service. Nous avons apprécié la proposition du prêt d'un appartement le jour du départ pour attendre notre avion car nous devions libéré l'appart hotel à 12h00 pour un vol à 17h00.

    N'étant pas en formule tout inclus, on ne pouvait pas payer directement un café au bar de la piscine.Il fallait acheter des jetons à la réception ce qu'on avait pas fait. Piscine glaciale non chauffée. Buffet toujours le même tous les soirs.

    Bon point de départ pour les excursions car milieu entre le nord et le sud de l'île.
