Apartamento Caserio Azul

En los 5 dias que hemos estados ,solo han hecho el servicio de limpieza y cambio de ropa 1 dia. El dia que llegamos aviamos que en la terraza no funcionaba la luz para que avisaran al servicio tecnico y cuando nos fuimos seguia sin funcionar. El servicio no es bueno.

Comunicamos a Hotelopía que éramos un matrimonio con una niña de 4 años, el hotel nos proporcionó dos camas gemelas de menos de 1mt de ancho en la cual era imposible dormir dos personas aunque una fuera una niña. La solución fue que mi marido durmiera en el sofá (super incómodo porque no es un sofá cama sino un sofá normal, más bien estrecho, con unos cojines super delgados que te dejan el cuerpo molido) y la niña y yo en la habitación.....Por otro lado, y lo más importante....nos robaron nuestras pertenencias, pero no hablo sólo de un reloj, una pulsera y un móvil por lo que se excusaron diciendo que debimos contratar la caja de seguridad, sino también ropa y deportivas que vieron que eran nuevas....Tuvimos que abandonar el hotel a menos de dos días de haber llegado y realizar todo tipo de trámites que conlleva un robo, como son la denuncia, buscar otro hotel para alojarnos, etc.....NO IR NUNCA A ESTE HOTEL, no se reponsabilizan de nada....

This hotel has everything you need for a pleasant summer holiday! Seperate bedroom, spacious balcony with furniture, pool, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, basic (and no more!) kitchen equipment, air condition, internet access, and very helpful english speaking staff at the reception. The fact that I speak a little spanish might have helped us in the communication with the hotel cleaning staff, but they too were very helpful! This was our third stay here, the first two times we were only my husband and myself, this time we brought my husbands daughter, 11 years old. We had the choise of an extra bed (foldable) in the bedroom or letting her sleep on the living room sofa, but the sofa is very uncomfortable. We chose the extra bed in the bedroom, and yes, we had to put the matress from the sofa onto the foldable bed, and also the 3 extra blankets provided to make it comfortable, it was like "the princess and the pea" :-), but we managed, she slept well, and when we asked for another 2 blankets because of the "cold" (it was winter time), we got them right away. The location is nothing short of perfect, this area is nice and quiet, you have all kinds of shopping possibilities 1 minute away, both opposite and next to the hotel, and when you want more life or noise, you walk 10 minutes, and you are at the first of 5 or 6 big shopping centres with a various choise of bars, restaurants and shops. Because of the price, this hotel might adress to younger people who can be somewhat noicy, but still, it is situated in an area a little bit too far from where things are really happening, and therefore the noiciest youths do not seem to choose this hotel - luckily in our opinion! Do not expect marble tiles and gold plated taps in the bathroom, expect that you get what you pay for, but in this case, I still think you get more value for your money than anywhere else I have ever stayed in any hotel in the world!! I - and my husband, I KNOW that - will recommend this hotel any time! And next time we go to Gran Canaria, we will definately stay here again! And the next time! And the next time!

If I had to come up with something bad about this hotel, it would be... no... I don't think I can think of anything bad...!!!
