app. need cleaning in the corners, lots of ants, kakerlaks and cats. toilet didn¨t function, too little knives etc.

From the moment we checked into our villa we was made very welcome by staff. We was given a voucher to recieve a welcome drink and a pass to accsess the shuttle service to the beach. As we was shown to the appartment. You walk through the manicured gardens to your villa. No litter about anywhere. The villa has a nice mannicured hedgerow, path and trellice drapping with mediteranien flowers with a patio and a table and chairs. Which is ideal to sit and enjoy a bottle of wine and watch the sunset. We entered the villa it was VERY clean, Decor basic but tidy. The kitchenette met our needs and you shall want for nothing. Up stairs there was our bathroom and bedroom both clean and tidy with more bedding should we require it. Myself and my friend commented on how much it didnt seem like we was in a holiday appartment but a cosy Spannish home. Following a siesta we made our way to the resturant. We recieved a very warm welcome. With an option of the al'carte menu or the set menu we dined off both through our stay and the food could not be faulted. All cooked from fresh and most served with chips however if you fancy salad or veg like we did they are more than happy to assist. The resturant has a lovley al fresco feel to it and it is asthough you are up in the mountains off the tourist track in a local resturant. The service and welcome was consistant throughout our visit. I would like to point out I have been working in the travel industry for some what six years. And have stayed in many five star hotels with companies across the world I could honestly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a chilled out break away. Maybe a touch of paint is needed here and there but thats all I can honestly think of... And the most important thing I noticed was NO cockroaches any where this is my 4th visit to GC and feels this speaks for the clenliness of the hotel. The pool area is spacious and relaxed with palm trees scattered here and there with sunbeds a plenty. I trully feel this hotel is under-rated as it really exceeded the expectations of my self and friend. There is a supermarket which is competitavley priced for your essentials you need like milk, water coffee and extras.

*Taxi to Yumbo 3-4 euros. *Walk to Holiday World is about 10 mins and Faro 2 Centre around 20 mins at a stroll. *Hotel resturant recommended. But dont go off that reviewers say go on and explore this jewell of an island that rests in the Atlantic and you wont be disserpointed. And for those who like to go away and not eat fish and chips or full english breakfast theres some wonderful Spannish resturants in the villages scattered here and there and main resorts. Enjoy

Been back a number of times. A great quite base for the beaches and other attractions of Maspalomas and Playa. Really good value for moanye

au calme, facilité pour se garer.

Ménage fait 1 fois pour 8 nuits passées, à l'arrivée ménage fait mais très mal fait le coin des marches et coins des sols encrassés de quelques années même, nous avons réserver un appartement tout équipé mais à l'arrivée tout est en supplément (cafetière électrique, bouilloire en supplément, pas de micro onde), une clé pour 2. Nous n'y retournerions plus.

Il costo del hotel non corrisponde a nessuna classifica di qualità perchè dal momento della prenotazione sapevamo che non si trattava di una struttura di lusso ma con il minimo/base per fare una settimana semplice, avere un posto pulito dove dormire e farsi un cafe la mattina, ma non era ovvio che fosse scarso di pulizia ed igienizzazione nel complesso della stanza. Dal momento del arrivo: prevalente e continuo odore di fogna, presenza di vetri nel pavimento del salottino-cucina, lenzuole rotte e sporche, cucini sporchi e puzzolenti, presenza di scarafaggi e formiche tra altri visitatori. Dopo continui lamenti sono venuti almeno per togliere i vetri perchè non c'era neanche una scopa da poter spazzare ed evitare di farci male. In cucina, scarza dotazione di piatti, bicchieri, posate, etc... TV vecchia e mal funzionante, impossibile seguire un programma, guardare e sentirlo per il cattivo segnale, in più è una TV a pagamento con monetine (tocca provvedere un pacco di monettine ogni volta prima del rientro a ksa, 50 cent ogni 20 minuti)

Yo creo que tendria que ser un poco renovado.

La struttura è carina,molto essenziale,c'è un pullman che porta alla spiaggia 3 volte al giorno.Il personale è molto cordiale ed efficiente.Un buon rapporto qualita prezzo!Ideale per famiglie.C'è una bella piscina!

E' un po'lontano dalla spiaggia e da playa des ingles.Mi è capitato che il pullman per il rientro dalla spiaggia saltasse la corsa.Non c'è internet nelle camere,internet a pagamento è piuttosto caro.

Il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono ma credo che il prezzo basso non dabba inficiare su alcuni requisiti essenziali come la pulizia dei locali. Nell'appartamento soggiornavano assieme a noi anche formiche e scarafaggi. Seconda considerazione da fare è sulla televisione: non avevo mai visto la televisione con la gettoniera. 50 centesimi per 20 min, 1 euro per 40 min etc.. Far pagare la televisione (non satellitare, ma quella locale) nel 2011 è improponibile.
