Mostly elderly Germans living here. Nice for families looking for peace and quiet and elderly couples, definitively not a party place!
Very clean, large rooms. Nice area. No through traffic outside the hotel, and a very short walk to a nice beach. Well-equipped kitchen with proper fridge and a small freezer, coffee maker, microwave, two hotplates and plenty pots and pans.
One of the bedrooms has a LOT of traffic noise, as the rather large 500-road is outside the window. This is not a problem in the rest of the apartment. The pool is not heated and can be a bit chilly in the winter months.
Nice beach, great ice-cream, short drive to Sioux City, Aqualand, Palmito Park, Holiday World etc.

schön, dass man 2 etagen hatte. war mit den wichtigen dingen eingerichtet
straße im hintergrund war sehr laut. man konnte nicht mit offenem fenster schlafen
