Limpieza, necesita reformas

El apartamento en si no estaba mal y las vistas eran bonitas, pero la limpieza brillaba por su ausencia. suelos sucios, vajilla sucia y paredes del dormitorio sucias. El cuarto de baño en muy mal estado de conservación.

Tan solo regular nada mas tirando a mal.

Nuestra opinión positiva tan solo puede hacer referencia a la situación privilegiada en cuanto a la cercania de éste a la playa, Y quizá su modico precio pero nada mas.

Todo el interior del Apartahotel necesitaria una gran remodelación general en todos los sentidos, en cuanto a partamentos y mobiliario de éstos se refiere.

Comer bien e ir a la playa.

con su buena situacion y con la reforma de sobre todo los cuartos de baño quedaria bien

This place is advertised as four star pn travelsupermarket. its not even one star.

Location. Day time receptionist.

Where to start? Its a tennament building for noisy, drunk inconsiderate oiks. The walls are paper thin and reception do nothing to curb the noise and loutish behaviour. If you want a cheap nightmare holiday book the Buensol.

Plenty of Bars, cafes and restaurants. Puerto marina 5 minutes away.

The rooms are spacious and balconies are sun facing nearly all day

Cleanliness of rooms could be better. No linen changed on beds and we were ther for 8 nights. We also had to empty our own bins into the wheelie bins at the end of each corridor. Staff not very friendly but not rude either.

Bars shops and restaurants are all on the doorstep and only a five min walk to the marina. The apartments are right on the beach where you can enjoy a good hours walk along the promenade as well.

All in all we had a fabulous time. Couldn't and didn't need to complain really about anything with the hotel. we would reccommend this hotel to anyone that wasn't expecting 4*. after all, you get what you pay for. we will deffinately return.

the hotel was situated a stones throw from the beach, couldn't have been better positioned. we were on the first floor and had a huge balcony with a wonderful sea view. 4 people stayed in a 1 bedroomed apartment and we weren't falling over each other at all. there was a gas cooker in the kitchen which was a pleasant change as we were self catering. the grounds and the pool were always clean.

the decor was a little dated but for the money we paid that was not a problem at all.

next door was a lovely little bar which was 1 euro a pint all day. the promenade is a couple of seconds walk and took you for miles along the sea front which was dotted with little shops and restaurants. the beach was lovely and clean.

Near the beach, shops and all facilities and value for money.

En-suite toilet not suitable for 4 adults sharing.

Everything - shops, cafes, bars, beach, near railway line and airport.
