Next to a nice beach, easy parking, well equipped spacious clean bungalows.
Absolutely teriible shocking breakfast food was disgusting, bungalow was in front of reception on busy road

Very nice complex.
NO FREE INTERNET. I felt cheated when I had to pay 6 € per houre to check my mails on the old PC in the lobby. I will not recommend any hotel where you have to pay for Internet ever. I prefere to pay 10€ more a day and have unlimited internet access then to pay for every connection. Internet is free in most Hotels in the US, why not in Europe?

staff very plesant very clean hotel in an excellent location
could do with extra loungers around the pool area we came over at 10am most mornings to find people had towels on them
plenty of restaraunts, pubs,mini golf and watersports

Food was good. All the staff wear good Entertainment was fair the black brothers and the Chines night was very good.
Room was 1034 was not up to a good standerd very drab and dated. Not enogh places to sit on a night. Only one free bar round the pools.

Check in was efficient, noticed on the apartment map we were near the road, but was offered one by the sea when I questioned it. I did request via email the day before arrival to have a ground floor apartment, but was given first floor, this actually worked out better as the ground floor apartments only had a shower, whereas the first floor had a bath, which suited better. The heated pool behind the pizzeria was very warm, which was great. Apartments were spacious and cleaned daily (except Friday
Only real negative, would be the lack of kitchen equipment and tv only had 2 english channels, news and drama, although if you catch the disney channel sometimes during the day they would broadcast in english randomly, which kept my two girls happy. We were self catering so can't comment on the food, although with the euro so bad it is very expensive to eat out, although you can find the odd bargain.

Very nice complex.
El personal del bar arena son bastante agradables,los camareros de restaurate tambien un 10 para ellos.Es un hotel bastante tranquilo,perfecto para relajarse.
La calidad de la comida de la cena podrian mejorarla,la pasteleria tiene poca variedad,yo no soy muy exigente pero podia mejorar estos aspectos,los combinados del todo incluido,,ron,whisky etc no hay quien se lo beba pero bueno todos los hoteles que he estado son iguales.
