The kindness and hospitality of the personal, specially Stefano that was very helpfull even before my stay at Rome.

Some tourist attractions, but the most important is that the metro was beside the hostal.

This is not a HOTEL!!!

This is NOT a hotel, this are several apartments in which you have to share the bathroom with two strangers in the same morning. The bathroom is full of products of other people and the shower it's clucked and the water raises through you feet... One person opened the bathroom's door and a woman was taking a shower and got us up screaming like she was getting robbed on the spot, when she did not even locked the door!!

Take the metro (Stazione Centrale)

Everything absolutely perfect. Location, staff, room not one bad thing. Anyone who has something bad to say is just finding something to be picky!

All in all an excellent base for exploring central Rome!

Excellent staff. Fun and helpful. Great rooms and bathroom has a Bath. Quiet at night. Good breakfast. Excellent value. A 15 minute stroll to the Colloseum or 30 min to the Vatican. Easy access to Termini station, Metro A line and buses. Periodic sales for off-season (I paid 20 or 30% less during January).

The particular gentleman I asked concerning the public transport returning to Ciampino was not very helpful. But anyway, if you come from Ciampino with the bus to the Anagnina metro and take the metro to Termini, then, return on the metro to Anagnina. When you exit the metro go upstairs to the northside (the other side as when you came from the airport) and this is where the departing buses stand. The Bus to Ciampino in lane #1. Easy and cheap. Metro costs 1? for 75 minutes and the bus to Ciampino is 1.20? one way. For the trip to the airport pay the driver for the ticket. For the bus trip from the airport buy a ticket at the public transport window in the airport as you leave "customs". Do not buy a train ticket there. They will sell you a train ticket for a direct suburban line to Termini from the suburban train which is on the other side of the airport (runway). This is not a metro ticket. Metro tickets can be had at any metro station by automatic machines.

Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore, Colloseum, Roman Forum, Palantino (very close) Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Tiberus Island (an easy walk)

Il ne s'agit pas d'un hôtel mais d'une chambre dans un appartement. Pas pas de réception à proprement parler - ménage déplorable -isolation phonique inexistante (vitre sur rue, percée et vaguement obturée par un feuillet en plastique. Tickets pour prendre le petit déjeuner au bar du café du coin !! c.a.d; debout au comptoir ou en terrasse sur rue, s'il ne pleut pas. Evacuation d'eaux usées avec broyeur électrique - extremement bruyant
