The hotel was really nice the rooms were a lovely size and there was a good selection of entertainment on if you wanted to stay within the complex.

Too many steps, especially as we had a disabled person with us, which was a little upsetting as i had made them aware of the need for a room on the ground floor when booking, i appreciate they put us in a basement room, but there were six flights of stairs to go up to then go down another flight into the basement. The pool was minus degrees making it impossible to swim in it. The cleaners only came in twice in a week, so the bin sat full up for a few days resulting in an ant infestation.

would not return to this hotel again, because of the above negative comments.

Nice rooms very clean, very modern and safe electric, good location, near all local amenties.

We could not have coped with a top floor apt, lots of steps ok for the young and very fit, no lifts. lot of noise from younger guests in our apartment block,loud music, noisy at 3am could not sleep, did not like to complain. did not like walking through the entertainment area to reach our apartment.

beach near, shops near, restaurants especially el-mecca piano bar.

Great place to stay, right close to all palma nova shops ,bars and restuarantes have stayed here before and hope to stay again in the near fuuture.Very good for families, entertainment etc.Had 1 night of idiots howling at the moon.If staying with small children recommend staying away from singles area,they can be a bit noisy but remember they are on holiday as well.Vince Kempton cardiff
