Trato del personal magnifico y muy muy atentos. Las habitaciones son grandes y por supuesto muy limpias y con mucha luz. recomendable a tope, si vuelvo a la isla no me lo pienso. Ha sido un placer.
Como nacional, mucho guiri, pero dentro de un orden lo normal.

Excelente Servicio en Recepción así como muy buena atención durante toda la estancia. el personal se ha preocupado y nos atendió con cordialidad y amabilidad durante todo el tiempo que estubimos en el hotel, así como tambien ayudandonos con cualquier duda ke teniamos a cerca de la estancia en ibiza. Se merecen un global de un 9 sobre 10 Muy satisfechos :)

sofa beds not very comfortable, some rooms are much nicer than others and its pot luck which one you get

Really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff were really helpful and nice and the hotel room was clean and spacious. The pool area was really nice as well and the bar staff really nice. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Ibiza, and hoping to stay there next time visiting Ibiza.

Located in quiet area yet within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, bars and clubs. Spotlessly clean hotel. Stayed in good size one bedroom apartment overlooking the bay. A couple of minor maintenance issues which were rectified by the hotel quickly after they were reported. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I was coming back to this resort.

la habitación tenía buenas vistas y buena ventilación,quizá sea la única buena apreciación
NOS HICIERON EL CHECK IN A LAS 15.30 - 16.00H CUANDO NOS DIJERON QUE A LAS 12.00 H, LA HABITACIÓN TENIA BASTANTE SUCIEDAD EN LAS PAREDES (NO VOY A DAR DETALLES DE LO QUE TENÍA PEGADO), OLÍA MUCHISIMO A LEJÍA SUCIA Y LA ATENCION DEL PERSONAL ANTE LA SITUACIÓN FUE DE TOTAL INDIFERENCIA.LA IMPRESIÓN FUE MALISIMA ANTE EL TRATO Y SITUACIÓN HIGIÉNICA DE LA HABITACION.IGUALMENTE, PASABAN A LIMPIAR A LAS 9 DE LA MAÑANA (UNICAMENTE CADA TRES DIAS),IMPENSABLE EN CUALQUIER HOTEL, Y ENCIMA SE MOSTRARON MOLESTOS ANTE NUESTRA QUEJA TRAS DESPERTARNOS TAN PRONTO.
