We have stayed in this area four times now, twice using these apartments for xmas holidays, would not consider anything else, will also be using them for holiday in May/June
This is the second time we have used these apartments, very pleased with them, clean, pleasant, plenty of room.
Walls are quite thin, noise does travel easily, but not a big problem. Still no kettle, chopping board, cork screw.
We think Clot is a good area to chill out in, plenty of small bars to relax in, supermarkets, cafes, great place. We have found the local people to be very nice. Great because near two metro stations for getting to places of interest, even on xmas day metro still running every 5 mins.

Very easy to get around using Metro.
Very clean and comfortable.
Self catering but no kettle/toaster. Had to boil water in a large pan and make toast in oven. No broom or dust pan and brush to clean up crumbs etc. No instructions for heating/air conditioning. No fire instructions.
Small bars, shops and within walking distance of Sagrada Famila. Near to Encants Metro.

Modern, spacious and clean apartment with AC. Near metro and train links (200m to train station, 50m to metro).
It's quite near to the Sagrada Familia (1 stop) and about 15mins to Plaza Catalunya. //

Zentralgelegenes Hotel für Individualreisende oder Geschäftsleute, die sich selbstverpflegen wollen. Ausreichend ausgestattet und sauber.
Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Barcelonas mit Metro gut erreichbar.

U-Bahn Nähe. Ziemlich im Zentrum
Angenehme Küchenausstattung. Platz für 4 Personen
Fenster zu Straße sind nicht schallisoliert. Lärm von der Straße kommt fast ungeschützt durch. Kein Internat. TV. Kein WiFi.

très bien placé près d'une station de métro, grandeur de l'appartement
pas de serviette pour essuyer la vaisselle, pas de produit de vaisselle ni de pastille pour le lave vaisselle. Mauvais contrôle puisque les prédécesseurs avaient laissé toute la vaisselle sale dans le lave vaisselle et une pizza dans le four....

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Einrichtung war super.
Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel war sehr gut. In der nahen Umgebung gab es Bäcker usw.. Restauran´ts waren auch in fußläufiger Entfernung vorhanden-

Just stayed one night so no comments.
They charged me ?4+VAT for a wireless internet which was not working. I told the person in charge and together we looked for the problem for half an hour and found out that the modem was not plugged in. Than the username and the password was wrong and could not connect. I asked for my money back. He said he would have it repaired in 15 minutes. I am back home and still waiting.

Algo ruidoso.
Está muy bien situado. Independiente y suficientemente limpio. Bastante amabilidad, una vez aparece alguien a atender en recepción. Muy bien mantenido y muy cómodo.
Instalaciones algo limitadas. Muy mal la recepción y el proceso de "chekin". No se cumple el que haya alguien en recepción en las horas indicadas, ni que exista parking. Muy limitado en cuanto a menaje en la cocina.
