Las instalaciones del hotel y el desayuno lo mejor. Tambien está muy bien situado.

La recepcionista del hotel, que nos atendio de malas formas, la primera impresión muy mala. Los pasillos del hotel no tenian moqueta y se oía todo

Visitar Alcudia, Pollença, Puerto Pollença, el Monasterio de Lluic, y la zona de Calobra "es precioso"

esta bien pero falto aclarar cuando reservas que las actividades que ofrecen no se llevan a cabo todos los dias porque aunque es temporada baja quienes decidimos ir a un hotel es a disfrutar y a pasarnolo bien y la verdad no pudimos hacer nada aparte de dormir y usar la piscina y el jakuzi , la sauna no estaba en funcionamiento, por lo demas es un buen hotel, sirven una buena comida y prestan buena atencion. muchas gracias

We visited in February 2009 - the weather was glorious. Cold and chilly nights but clear skies and warm sun during the day. Most shops and restaurants are closed so the resort offers peace and quiet for anyone looking for a winter break. A good base for any cyclists who want to train or tour the island. The restaurant at the hotel looked well designed and seemed popular but we didn't frequent it - preferred to cook ourselves and chill out on our balcomy at night. We'd definitley stop at the Alcudia Garden again - the service and facilities were excellent value for money and all the staff were delightful.

The staff are friendly and efficient. Our room was very clean and comfortable, on the 2nd (top) floor overlooking the pool with our balcony enjoying the sun in the morning and early afternoon. The hotel is well maintained - the trees, flowers and shrubs looked delightful although our visit was in February. The pool was inviting but it was too cold to enjoy at this time of year. Although the hotel is quite large it is well set out and feels homely - the buildings blend in with the gardens and are well designed. You are close to the beach and the centre of the resort.

No toaster in the kitchen and we could have done with a medium sized pan for cooking vegetables and also a sharp vegetable knife for preparing food would have been handy (instead of using my swiss army knife!)

The port and centre of the resort are only a very short walk away. The beach (beautiful white sand and a gentle slope to the sea) is less than 100 metres. Shops and supermarkets are to hand. There is a new municipal sports centre only 5 minutes walk away with heated swimming pool, gym and fitness facilities. The walk to Alcudia (the old town) takes 25 minutes but is worth a visit.

The hotel was wonderful, every facilicy we needed. Also in a central position. Lovely staff who were always ready to help.
