El hotel es nuevo y este factor se nota en las habitaciones. El estudio de tres es amplio y moderno. El baño también es muy cómodo y amplio. Se encuentra a un paso de los lugares de más interés de Burdeos.
El personal no siempre fue bueno y correcto.

Close to the airbus stop at Place Gambetta.
A excellent manager who liked to solve any problems. Room and bathroom felt like brand new and an attractive design.
Cutlery a bit cheap, knives difficult to use.
Close to Musee de Beaux Arts and the cathedral. Close to a shopping centre with an excellent foodstore.

fantastic value for money. room very spacious, clean, comfortable.
buffet not worth the money, no proper seating area to eat in, full of english foul mouthed football players! staff need better training, tried to make us pay the taxes, even though our booking reference clearly stated inc taxes, also gave us wrong directions to get to the car park! told us parking was free....then tried charging us on checkout. asked for extra pillows....never got them!

Bien situé et calme si chambre sur cour.
Personnel en partie désagréable ou peu disponible. Le lit est un canapé lit, ce qui n'était pas mentioné dans la réservation.

Funcional, moderno, agradable, habitaciones espaciosas, silencioso.
zona agradable, muy centrico a lado de la Plaza Gambetta. Restaurantes cerca, Centro Comercial al lado.
