The city of Derry is located in Northern Ireland, UK, on the banks of the River Foyle. This is a very lively city due to its seaport, beautiful landscapes and great number of bars, pubs and restaurants.
We recommend you start your visit of the city by walking along its walls, which run for more than two kilometres and are considered to be the best-preserved walls in Ireland. Next, you can visit the Tower Museum, which displays the city's history, the Guildhall (which houses Derry's town hall) and St Columb's Cathedral, which dates from the mid-17th century.
You should also visit the Amelia Earhart Centre and take an exciting cruise on the River Foyle: the views are breathtaking.
